Sinclair Int. has once again provided great customer service for me. I have ordeered from them off and on for several years. Service has always been excellent, sometimes above and beyond the call when I should have been told too bad we can't help you.
When I need to order "stuff" Sinclair will get my business first even if prices may be a little higher.

Placed an order recently and 3 items were out of stock. They shipped the items they had, others will be sent a.s.a.p. with no additional shipping charges.

A while back I bought one of their manufactured products, used, and it needed a little "work". Although they were under no obligation to do the repairs, they did, and at no charge.

Not many places would treat their customers like that. Thank you Sinclair.

I am a happy Sinclair customer as well. I really like the no shipping charge on back-order and same lot of bullets service. Midway
will not do either, so I order anything I can from Sinclair.

Many years ago, I bought one of the first priming tools that Sinclair introduced. A few years later, I wanted to prime a different caliber and ordered an extra head too. They had changed the threads on the priming tool and the new head wouldn't screw on to my original priming tool. I called and Fred Sinclair sent me a personal note, which I still have, saying that if I could give up the tool for a few days he would cut new threads and send me an extra head at no charge. Needless to say, I have been a happy Sinclair customer since day one.

Their reloading tools (Sinclair designed and manufactured) are of the highest quality. The Rep's I've dealt with are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been using Sinclair for many years (at least since vol 7 of their reloading paper document) and have never had a problem with their products or service.

I always check with the sponsors first. All are pretty good. JMO

Siclair has been great to me over the years and have had no issues. Great tech support also. Midsouth also has great customer service. Midsouth sent some solvents and they spilled all over the other items. They shipped all new items no questions asked and a free hat to boot. The only place i encountered an issue was midway. I purchased two single shot followers for Savage. Their description was fits ALL Savage bolt actions and simple to install. The reviews stated a little fitting might be needed. After grinding and sanding i couldn't get them to work. When i did a little research i found out they are not for the center feed guns. Misrepresentation of product. They would not do anything for me due to the altering.
