im not 100 percent sure,but i think if you take it apart you can turn it around without a problem.

I’m getting ready to list a Dan Greenlaw windage top. These are 100% ambidextrous. The top adjusts for all widths 4”- 1” without needing additional bags. Mine is on a Caldwell base. Let me know if your interested.

I don’t have a Sinclair made top but I do have a D. Greenlaw precision top mounted to a Sinclair 1” threaded post. They have integral adjustable bags so none required.
