In an effort to replace revenues lost from the cancellation of our Amazon contract, we have entered an arrangement with Sinclair Int'l. If you click on Any Sinclair Int'l ad you see on the site, and if you purchase merchandise, Sinclair Int'l give us a percentage of the purchase price. Sinclair's revenue share is not attractive as Amazon's, but the product mix is ideal so we thought we'd give it a try.
Please Help us Monitor Sales Tracking
This is a "test and try" situation. Amazon had a VERY sophisticated tracking system that always seemed to track purchases, even during long "shopping" sessions. Other affiliate programs seem to break the links all too often -- so the vendor gets free advertising while the affiliate (such as AccurateShooter.com) gets stiffed. We'll have to "wait and see" with Sinclair. For the next 30-60 days, if you make a purchase through the link, please send an email to: mailbox@6mmbr.com, so I can see if the sales are really getting counted. Thanks!
Affiliate Revenues Help Pay for Site Upgrades
Tomorrow we plan to put the main site on a faster, 64-bit server, with a RAID back-up. This is a state of the art system and it should help make the main site faster AND more reliable. Revenue-sharing programs such as the affiliation with Sinclair Int'l help pay for the costs of this equipment. I just put $2100 for the server on my credit card.
