Sinclair Expander Die Body as collet die?

anyone use the sinclair expander die and carbide mandrel as a collet die?

I'm wondering if it works the same way as the Lee Collet.

Does the die body (Gen2) have the collet fingers?

My reloading practice is to use the Lee Collet to uniform the neck and size, then FL Bump size with a Redding Bushing Die.

I'm hoping to use the Sinclair in the same manner since Lee doesn't make collet dies for 6.5 PRC or 300 PRC.

I will try them anyway and hope Lee will produce the Collet dies.
