Simmons 20x-60x spotting scope

Anyone have any expierence with the Simmons 20x-60x spotting scope?I do expect it to be as good as a Kowa but the price $60.00 is hard to walk away from.

The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is never truer than as it applies to optics. I've looked thru $300 spotting scopes, under actual conditions, and rated them marginal at best at a maximum of 200 yds. Throw in some mirage, poor lighting conditions, a smaller diameter objective, etc. and all bets are off.
