Bought new for HV I’m selling. No ring marks but does have a small smudge in finish in the bottom of the tube in the rear.
Dust caps and sun shade included.

Could you explain more about the smudge inside the tube? Does the smudge affect the sight picture?

The smudge I refer to is a mark on the outside of the tube from the scope being mounted. It’s a normal mark in the finish from being mounted.
