Sightron warranty

So i had an issue with a sightron scope i got last year. I had not shot this rifle much. I notices on last two trips out with it i could not get parallax to focus unless i lowered magnification. I sent it in for repair. Got is back one week later. I opened it up. There was no note, was just curious what they found wrong. Got to looking at it and they gave me a brand new scope!!!. Must have been an issue with it. This is first scope i have ever had to send in and i was completely happy. I do own other brands also but like the simplicity of these scopes and track good. That‘s good customer service. I’ve got 4 Sightron scopes, very good glass for the money.

Same here, i got 4 and bought another one for a friend on his first build. After stuff comes arround in better supply i want to build a nice rifle and plan to get alother model sightron for it also.

I dropped mine and really screwed it up. Called Sightron explained I did it, my fault. They said send it in and I did. Got it back in a week all fixed. Great service, I’ll be buying more of them.

Sightron earned my business about 5-6 years ago....was looking for a scope for my 6mm Norma Dasher...was on a forum, guy on there said he worked for Sightron and to give him a call....Corbin , the regional rep talked to me for an hour!!!! I now own 3, with a SV-SS on order....had one on a rifle that fell from a cleaning cradle about 3' onto the wood over cement floor...notified Sightron, admitted it was my mistake, and sent it in...they fixed the wind age screw, (bent) and something else free!!!! When it showed up, I had 2 boxes addressed to me from Sightron... One was another customers scope that had been sent to me by mistake...called them, the lady was awesome, thanked me profusely, and sent a will call tag for UPS. one week later, ANOTHER box from Sightron arrived...this one had 2 hats in it and a note thanking me again for calling about the other scope....They have my business for life...rsbhunter
