Sightron Turn around time

Hi All. What is the average time Sightron takes to repair or exchange a faulty scope?
I have been waiting now for 2 months...is this normal?

Mine was gone less than 2 weeks. parallax adjustment was loose.

a Great scope with crappy after sale service it seems...

Same here. Total time between shipping to them and receiving was maybe 16 days on each one. If you have the referance or RG(?) number just call them and ask them politely what the hold up is. WD

Got told today the scope is ready. There was no problem with it ? :-\
