Try getting Leupold to fix, repair or make any good on a canted reticle. Been there. Done that. Leupold can pound sand IMO.

I also had Sightron repair a scope recently. Less than 2 weeks and it came back like new. This is a first generation S3, so quite old actually.

Just got my S3 8 x 32 back from Sightron, I managed to somehow twist the parallax knob a little to much and it come unglued, and just spun around with no stop.
They fixed it and sent it back within 2 weeks, no charge............

My first experience at long range bench rest was with an ebay Savage PTA and a pre-fit barrel assembled my me onto a used re-formatted BVSS stock. I hesitantly bought a Sightron SII 6-24 scope and mounted it on ZEE clamps and was ready to go.
After using the scope a bit, I noticed the adjustment for least paralax didn't agree with that for best focus. Sent it to Sightron, came back promptly and works just fine. I have put that scope on a number of rifles from .22 to deer rifles. Then I built a 7mm heavy gun/F Class gun and didn't have a scope for it. I had purchased a NF bench rest for my original gun. So, I temporarily mounted my 6-24 Sightron. And, it worked just fine! So I replaced it with a Sightron 10-50 and now prefer it to my N-F. I did NOT get rid of the SII !
So, Sightron Does give good customer service and their warranty is gold plated!

Recently sent in my Sightron SIISS, 6.5 ~ 20 X 50 to repair a canted reticle.
they also at my request changed the reticle to one better suited to my type of
shooting. Repair was returned withing 2 weeks & gave me a large discount on the
price of a reticle change. Very pleased with their service.
