Sightron reticle change...

Has anyone ever had Cheryl at Opticsl Services
( Ackerman) swap out reticles in a Sightron Siii
10-50x60 scope.
I have the 1/10 min. target dot in it now and it's just too big.
I was thinking of getting a 1/16 min. dot or fine crosshair put in it.
When I spoke to her she mentioned there was one model she wasn't able to do but couldn't remember which one it was.

@group therapy I spoke to them last year about it when I sent it back for an inspection and to have the side focus loosened up, they said they couldn't do it and the 1/10 min they felt was small enough at 50x.

I was going to get Sightron just recently and wanted to change the reticle as well. When I called them, I could not get past the asian lady that answers the phone. I told her I wanted to buy a new Sightron scope and have the reticle changed by their Custom Shop. She told me they can not change any reticles on a scope and their Custom Shop can not change reticles. I told her about the Sightron website that says they will change a reticle among other changes and she told me the same thing again. So, I bought a Nightforce instead.

Sounds like if it's not available as a factory option then they can't or won't do it. If your scope model was avail with a 1/16 dot or fine crosshair, then it sounds like they could do it. Go to their website and submit the form and see what they say. The lady that answers the phone hopefully doesn't answer emails

I spoke to Alan yesterday and he said they can do it as long as it's a reticle available for that model scope.
The 1/10 min dot is the smallest available so I need to do a fine crosshair instead.
Cost was $135.00.
