Sightron or Razor

I was all set on getting new Razor 6x36 Gen 3. For next 22LR scope and noticed that Sightron has a couple of new scopes out the 5x30 FFPS6, and S8 4x50 . Has anyone been using one and how do you like it ?

I've got 2 Razors 6x36s, I really like them plus they have a Sh*t ton of elevation. I like the Reticle too. Comes in handy with the 22 when your going past 400 yards. I had a Sightron several years ago and while I really liked the glass, the Reticle didn't work for me.

Have an S8 5-40. Be nice if it was lighter but the Gen 3 is in the same weight class. Glass on the S8 is excellent, does well with mirage, tracking is spot on.
I put the S8 in a set of ARC rings and switched it back and forth from a Vudoo to a centerfire all summer, always within a click or two of previous zero.
Honestly I would go with whichever reticle suits you best, both excellent choices. IMO
Europtic has a black version of the S3 on sale for $2500, never cared for the Razor brown color myself.
Another option, Zeiss S3 6-36, little lighter than the other 2 options and lots of favorable reviews on the web. Son has one and loves it but he hasn’t been home for me to compare it to the S8. Europtic has them on sale for $1874.
