Sierra TMK’s is anybody….

I'm just trying to pin down your argument. First, it's 'production' and 'built for the masses' and then it's BENCHREST.

It's hard enough trying to figure out your logic let alone trying to read one of your attempts at a full sentence.
you clearly cannot stay in context or on subject so i will just ignore you and not waste any more bandwidth on you

There is no argument. He simply likes provoking and denigrating anyone that disagrees with his ludicrous statements. Don't feed the troll.

What were we talking about……
It might be helpful if you were to specify the use/type of competition. Plenty of F-Class shooters have used TMK bullets. As to their success rate, it's probably reasonable at the local level, possibly even at the regional level or above, but I don't know that for a fact. Can the TMKs be made to shoot well? Yes, they can. Are they suitable for F-Class competition? Absolutely. Would they be suitable for disciplines such as BR? I don't think so. I rather doubt any sort of plastic tipped bullets are commonly used in BR. What I do know is that the majority of top [national level] shooters in F-Class are also not generally using plastic-tipped bullets. But that doesn't mean they can't be loaded competitively, especially at the local level. In terms of your question, "Is anybody winning matches with these?", specifying the type of competition and at what level of competition you're referring might facilitate better responses.

do you shoot br or fclass....that is kinda the point. large target cheaper bullet, small target better bullet, more money
Just F-Class. Just to qualify...Bergers are difficult to get right now, down here. Having to get what I can. I am pleased with the results from the 107's, as I have run out of Berger 105's and there are no more the shelves - or any other Berger 6mm for that matter. Anyway - the season here has just about ended - I will miss the last couple of shoots as I'm off to the UK for a month. Let's hope that there is something useful around for next season.

clearly another person that does not understand BENCHREST,
they are made for br shooters who wait in line for as much as a year to get them.they are not made for the masses...the masses wont pay for them and could not use the quality
and yes some shooters do make their own.
My first post was my results using the 69gr TMK in factory class short range BENCH REST matches.

I've taken 2nd & two 3rd place with TMK at local bench rest matches in factory class.

My limiting factor is the loose screw behind the trigger.
so what national org are these matches under ?
or as you say local factory class....
not a real organized recognized BENCHREST match.
most factory rifles cannot benefit from a real benchrest bullet.
as usual when people cannot justify their OPINION they attack the poster.
bye

Shooting sling, the 107 SMK did just fine, when sorted. That became too tedious after a while and going to Berger, Bison and Bart’s that task disappeared. When you add up the cost for our sport, another dime or so doesn’t figure in as a deal breaker IMO.

Don't feel bad, we can't get Bergers here either. I have switched to Sierra and Hornady myself.
