I'm a huge fan of Sierra bullets (Nosler also). Most of their bullets I've tried are already "game changers". One in particular, the 6mm 85 grain BTHP is perhaps the best all around bullet ever developed for the 243 Win.

That mushroomed bullet in the video looked pretty promising though. I’m in too, well there goes another 100 bucks!

I was watching a video on these this morning , looks like a TMK. but they have put a thick jacket for hunting... They shot it through gel , bone and gel and a dead pig and the bullet stayed together nicely.. Definitely from what I saw would be worth looking in to for deer hunters....

Yet again no 140gr bullet in 6.5. Why? seems to me like it would make sense to do the 140s over the 130s in the 6.5mm especially if marketing for the hunting crowd.

130 will beat the trajectory of the heavies within reasonable hunting distances therefore appealing to the masses instead of a small sliver of shooters. Also fits into the legacy cases and the Grendel better. One bullet to rule them all kinda thing.

Well, there went $300 bucks. Got a few boxes of the 6.5s, but was hoping for at least a 140 or heavier. The 165 gr. .284 looks good for my 280 rem, maybe a replacement for the 162 Amax? Also, a potential deer slayer in the 7 mag or 280 a.i. Kinda surprised the 30 cal option wasn't heavier.

Good timing on the part of Sierra, hit the market while Berger is playing "Catch Up".

Like Willie said, new and getting them out fast during the Berger changeover. Looks like Midway’s money was in this deal too, the way they rolled it out together.

As long as we are complaining, where are the 6.5 120's for use in the Grendel? Heck I will settle for some of the OLD 120 Pro Hunters. Have not been able to find any for almost a year.
