Sierra 7mm 168 and 175

I'm getting ready to load some 168 and 175 Sierra 7mm bullets in my 7mm WSM. What are some general rules of thumb for seating depth with Sierra's. It's my understanding that Berger bullets are normally better jammed int the lands, what about the Sierra's. I have talked to to several guy's shooting Sierra's in a 308 and they jump them around .020 with good results. I have a pretty good idea of max loads with the powders I have on hand,4831SC, RE22, RE25) after shooting 162 AMax and 168 Bergers. I guess my question is should I try approximately the same load with both a .015 jump and .015 jam, or start with all the loads jammed/off lands. This is my first experience with Sierra's and anything bigger than 6mm.

Craig-- All the barrels are as different as we all are, and each one needs special attention to gain all it is capable of. The only way to decide this is to try it all ways until it tells you what it likes..
I always load the base of the bullet to the base of then neck and go from there until I find that right place for that particular one....
