They are a great bullet but having to chase them I think puts people off. I have enough on hand now to finish this a barrel a one more for my 20 br.

Ageed. I avoided them for years because of this. Hornady pretty much always available, Sierra like hens teeth. Why would I develop a load with Sierra and then not be able to get more? Unfortunately I had to give up on trying to get 40vmaxes to shoot out my new barrel, and the 39bks shoot great. I generally have a disgust for hoarding, but now I am forced to keep an extra season of blitzkings on hand.

Nosler shot ok, not as well as the Vmax, but I would take it.
Sierra, I don’t have the patience to wait around, 25 years ago I had 90% Sierra bullets, no more.
Hell I wish Speer would get on the wagon

Yeah - everybody is always bitching about the 39's not being around. Those who put this buy opportunity off may once again regret it. I added to the stash - and also bought some 40 V-Maxes from PV as 10% off.

Once i settle on what i wanna run in my 20p i will stock up on them. Right now its looking like 40gr vmax. Id love to try the berger 40s once they produce them again.
