Sierra 168 tmk vs smk

According to sierra tech support, they do. As of the current printing, they do no have specific loads for the TMK 7768/7775 vs the SMK 2200/2275.
In my experience, the TMKs can be driven faster than their SMK counterpart without the pressure signs. This is, of course, my experience with a R700 factory gun with COAL well beyond magazine length. They appear to be very jump sensitive in my platform, both the 168 and 175gr models performing better the closer to the lands (less than 5 thou jump).

edit: I say I can drive them faster, in my rifle, 45gr Varget at 2760fps @1300ft and 60F, 26" bbl/suppressed was better than what I was used to. No sticky extraction, no primer deformations.

Just switching from 168gr SMKs to 175 TMKs in 30-06, so no real comparative MV data to offer.

Anecdotally, using IMR4350 the TMKs seem faster than the 168s. Identical powder charges produce ~40fps more velocity for the 175s, but that could be nothing more than would be expected (though Quickload says that would be more than expected).

~0.010" off the lands seems better than ~0.005" off the lands in my tight 30-06 chamber, but it's still early. Accuracy at 100 yds seems as good or better than the 168 SMKs.

My batch of 500 was remarkably uniform . . . 503 bullets, 500 measured inside a 0.001" range from base to ogive. Two were 0.001" shorter, one was 0.012" shorter. Haven't weighed that one yet . . . it measures like a 168 does :)

Sorry, just not a lot to offer ATM.
