Side Focus Question

Just curious about something. I've kinda been looking for a nice gloss Leupy or other similar quality variable in 3-9 or 4-12x40 and I've really gotten used to the side focus that I have on some of my other newer scopes but that feature seems to be hard to find on the older gloss scopes. Does or did Leupold or other quality scope makers make these or is the side focus more of a modern feature that came along after the matte finish scopes became the norm. Thanks!!

It came later with the matt.

When they were gloss finished, side focus had not been a thought.Just wish they would have changed over sooner. Just my two cents. Tommy Mc

The scope quality and brand options have certainly come a long way in past 50 years. There seems to be quality glass to fit everyone's requirement nowadays, if you have the Benjamin's.

Most i have seen have adjustable objectives.

Call Leupold, i'm sure their custom shop could do something for you.
