Josh. That rifle pictured is an old rifle of a friend of mine from MD named Dave Apple. It is pictured at Sid Goodling's shop. The stock was built by Terry Leonard and it is AAAAA grade Koa.I found this on the internet a few months ago and saved the picture. Someday I'm going to find a piece of wood like this.

Thanks for the history. It’s a beautiful gun. How do I get my hands on it?Josh. That rifle pictured is an old rifle of a friend of mine from MD named Dave Apple. It is pictured at Sid Goodlings shop. The stock was built by Terry Leonard and it is AAAAA grade Koa.
Butch, I don't know whether you or Jim Carmichel have the best collection of beautiful rifles, but you certainly have a lot of eye candy. Thanks for sharing...James
I built it to shoot BPCR Silhouette up at the Josephine/Merlin Range, but that kind of fell apart. Oh well, I doubt it could outshoot any of my 6mms anyway.Nice piece
You should rock that at a match in White City.
They wouldn't be able to see thier targets till the smoke cleared.I built it to shoot BPCR Silhouette up at the Josephine/Merlin Range, but that kind of fell apart. Oh well, I doubt it could outshoot any of my 6mms anyway.
here is my new toy. Just couldn't take it anymore. I have always loved beautiful wood, and I happened to have a box of new lapua brass and a set of dies for the caliber. waiting on bases to arrive is torture. 6.5x284.
I don't know. I couldn't take it. The local shop I frequent way too much posted it on my first day out of town, so it was viewed online a lot. At first I thought there is no way I am paying that for a gun. I thought for sure it would be gone very quickly priced the way it was for a new gun. fast forward a week later and I am back. After looking at it daily, I came to the realization that I have a couple of guns that I am not in love with. I call, worked out a deal over the phone, drive over the next day and it was even nicer in person. I figure I have done enough dumb crap over the years, not taking this lovely piece home would rank pretty high on that list, so I took it home. I probably won't hunt with it much, but if I plan to hunt any fields it'll be there ready for use.HOW DID YOU GET THE TREE TO DO THAT???

The M40A1 Eddie Ryan Rifle auctioned off in Snipers Hide and its little brother, a 22LR, I called A1 Trainer.
