I had a problem with a Lyman product that was beyond warranty. I called them about parts and was told they no longer support the product or have any parts for repair but did offer me a deal on a new version. I thanked them and declined. Several days later a received an email from a different person at Lyman telling me a package was coming to me. I received an updated version of the original product that is redesigned and better. Thanks to the folks at Lyman, they did not know I have been a 50 year customer, they just took care of me.Makes be happy I have a lot of their products in my gun room. Thanks to the folks at Lyman.
