I have owned a RCBS Junior Press for over 40 Years. I have loaded thousands upon thousands of rounds on it. The auto primer feed tube chipped on the plastic / nylon end of the tube and it was having a difficult time picking up primers. I called RCBS and they are shipping me out a brand new tube under the warranty. Wow , not even shipping costs. Now that is service. Thank you RCBS !!!!
