had a problem with my new media separator basket not staying closed. replacement on the way. also I buggered a trimmer pilot making it smaller, new one on the way. Nice lady on the phone, only waited a few minutes.

Although it was some years back now, the plastic hopper in my Uniform Powder Measure had got so dark from leaving powder in it that you couldn't see inside any longer.

I wanted to buy a new one but after an email exchange RCBS sent me one, no charge even though I was willing to pay for one.

Happy for you, I called and emailed about a problem. Still waiting on a reply. Found new hopper tube on Amazon and fixed it.

Sorry, I have quite the opposite feeling for RCBS customer service.

Bought RCBS dies for my 284 Win.
I always thought that the pressure to seat a bullet was a bit higher than the other cartridges that I have.
Then I saw a noticeable bulge in the neck while seating the bullet.
Doing some measurements, the sized neck was .270" if I remember correctly. Been a while.

I contacted RCBS and they told me that I should have bought the 284 Win die set instead of the 6.5-284 set.
I informed them that I did indeed have the 284 Win set and sent them pictures to back it up.

Their response was still that I buy the proper dies.

So I did. From Forster.

Been about 5 years now, and I don't have a single RCBS die in the house.
