Shout Out to Pro Ears

I sent my old pair of Muffs in for repair. We had a couple of bumps in the road, and I called back to say that I was very unhappy, and that my situation is not what good customer service is about. I luckily talked to one of the main people there, and they promptly replaced my old pair with a brand new pair, 5 year warranty and all. So, Thank You Pro Ears! They make great shooting muffs, right here in the USA!

My experience wasn't a happy one.
Mine were pistol line use 99% of the time and used very little over two years when they quit. Stored in the house. No joy when I called as at that time the warranty had expired. For the price they charged........

I had a positive experience with the non-electronic version of Pro Ears Muffs. I broke the top band opening them too wide - my fault. I called them and asked if they sold just the band, my muffs were still in very good condition. They sent me a new top band no charge.
