I was shooting about ten days ago and I must admit, it was extremely cold -18 degrees Fahrenheit here on the bald prairie. I was, for the most part cheating, shooting out the window of my nice and toasty reloading room, into a pile of snow I pushed up at a little over the 1000 yard mark. I set up the LabRadar just outside the window. Low and behold the screen went blank after a short period and would not light up again. I sent it back with a brief explanation of " I think it froze to death", they received it on Monday morning, it was repaired Monday afternoon and on it's way back to me Tuesday morning. Only charged me shipping !!!!

ps. They say it has an operating range of down to 14 degrees

I experienced the same thing shooting at just below zero. When it warmed up it worked fine.

I've had to talk to them twice in the course of 3-4 years. Each time was exceedingly attentive & reasonable.

I had an issue while at the range last year. Understand, cell phones, tablets, etc curl in terror when I am around. I called Lab Radar from my bench, they talked me through the problem in a few minutes. Like so many shooting related companies giving wonderful service they really make the occasional one who falters stand out like a rotten apple.

Happy to here about LabRadar's fine service. Got my first one last week. Read the directions, highlighted what I considered important and attempted to set it up. No joy. I will not win many awards for my electronic tech savvy. Brought it over to my son. He set it up in 5 minutes and set things I never considered. Will attempt to use it once the weather gets above freezing. Made my own base out of stuff I already had.
