Shout out to Hornady!

I called Hornady today looking for a replacement decapping assembly for my .204 die.
The young lady was very nice. She sent me a replacement free.

I will remember them.

Hornady has taken care of me similarly several times = Goodguys. Ditto with RCBS.

Though not exactly related. I recently bought a used RPR online and when it arrived, one of the handguard screws was missing. I called Ruger Parts to buy a couple screws and "Chrissie" would have no part of it. She sent me two for free = Goodguys/gals. Other than my 10/22, I didn't own another Ruger product. That experience certainly makes that likely to change down the road.

All these generosities performed by businesses is money in the bank. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

+1 for Hornady. Years ago I was running thousands of pistol rounds a year thru my LNL progressive. After a few years the cartridge retainer spring broke. Called them up, the nice lady said technically its a wear item, but sent a free one anyway.
Later I picked up a spare on a mail order, and that one is unused, somewhere on the reloading bench.
