Shout Out To Bushnell Optics

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bushnell Optics, Vista Outdoors.
Ten days ago I sent them a Bushnell Engage that I trashed on a springer air rifle. Today I received a new identical scope from them. No
questions ask. Hard to beat that kind of service. Thanks Bushnell.

Bushnell has treated me well for over 50 years.

A 22lr Bushnell scope failed after 21 years. Warranty was for 20 years. They sent me a new scope, free.

My 1970s 30-06 deer rifle, with Bushnell 3x9, has spend days in rain or snow, still works perfectly.

Good company. Had a scope go down at a 2day match right out of the gate. They offered to give me a scope to use and finish the match. While I did not take them up on that offer I did think enough of it to order an Elite for a different build the following season.
The same rep has been at many matches I have shot and is always open to ideas, comments and criticism. Usually has his stsble of scopes for folks to foldle as well.

I'm a big fan of Bushnell Scopes, I have several of them they have excellent clarity and stability. I really like that most of mine came with sunshades.

I hated to see the excellent Leupold VX2 series go by the wayside. These were great scopes for the price when they were made in the USA. The 4 x12 was my favorite. The 3 x 9, 4 x12, and 6 x18 covered all my hunting and shooting needs at a reasonable price.

Now they actually made an expensive VX3, 4 x 14 that doesn't have an adjustable type of objective - I can't figure why they would make such a scope!

Bushnell and Vista outdoors gives a nice discount to us veterans also. I have taken advantage of that opportunity on scopes and other products. I hope that other veterans on this board take advantage of perk.

bushnells higher end scopes are of good quality and exceptional value. I'm really happy to see that the "elite" line is back up and running. Forge, Nitro, and Engage confused me as to what was the best quality.

Had my hands on a “new” elite. IMHO just using a label/title that they did well with for a number of years, I have several old Elite’s. The feel and quality of the “new” did nothing for me. Sadly I have chosen glass from other sources.

I actually typed up an email when I found out they were going to change up on their optic line. At that point I really felt they had made huge strides with their glass and optic line from top to bottom. I suggested and basically warned them that at that time Vortex was coming on strong and Sightron was upping their game(like they didn’t see this). Opinions are like elbows every one has a couple, as far as I am concerned Sightron, Vortex and Athlon have passed them up and almost lapped them.

Never received any response from them what so ever on my concerns.
