Shout out to Bruno Shooters Supply!

A couple weeks ago I bought a new 700 stainless single shot short action from Bruno’s. The bolt face was out of spec, wouldn’t hold or extract the cartridge. I talked to Amy and she immediately contacted RemArms. I had a work order and a shipping label within the hour. Got the action back yesterday with a new bolt. Got my rifle back together and all is good. Amy would have exchanged it right from the start but they didn’t have any more stainless single shot actions, but she got right on it and got it resolved. She’s always great to deal with.
 
I've been dealing with them for over eight years now , and never had a issue of any kind . Lester is currently turning two Barrels for me for my Kelby TR rig so that should say something . The young ladies are always a pleasure to deal with , and they will go out of their way to get you what you want if they can . As a "Local" ; I'm glad to have them for my shooting and G/S needs .

The last time I noticed it going in the spam folder I dug in to it. Bruno's had part of their mail system, specifically their DNS SPF record, misconfigured.

They're sending mail from a provider called HOSTASAURUS, but they haven't listed them in their SPF record as a valid sender for their domain, so destination email providers mark their stuff as spam. And, their record ends with a "hard fail", telling providers that if it doesn't match, they want them to mark it as spam.

In short, it is/was Bruno's fault, not Google.

Yes, they do offer top notch customer service! I worked directly with Lester while building my F-Class build and it's a shooter which he built. ;)
