The other night I notice flash holes being different sizes so I emailed Starline a picture and here’s their reply.
All of the 445SM brass should have a flash hole of .080” or so. Do you have any way to measure the flash holes that look larger?

That definitely looks like an oversize flash hole. I’m not aware of us ever offering them like that. If you want to send back the larger flash hole brass I will replace them plus enough brass to cover your postage.
