I stupidly bent a decapping pin shaft in a Hornady custom die.

Called technical support for rescue. Brad quickly identified what I needed. He then transferred me to Kathy to complete things. They took care of the original under warranty. I wanted to order two more for spares. They also sent them for free because it would cost more to run the credit card than the price of the pins.

They did the same thing for me. I ordered a decapping die and it came with only a big pin...I needed the smaller pin for my 6BR. They sent me two along with a shell holder I needed with no charge. Good folks to do business with.
