When resizing brass for my bolt guns I push the shoulder back .002 in. How far do I need to push back for an AR 10 in 308?

What I'm looking for is the case to go in easily with the bolt just closing on spring tension. FWIW, that is generally .003", but not over. Never have I had an issue with loaded ammo needing any extra help getting in or out.
I've seen your forum "name" before and think I may have asked about it. I have a Dave Crossno Hepburn in 40-65 so I would notice it. That having been stated, I wouldn't think one in 45-110 would be a lot of fun to shoot.........

The "110" was a scratch build from an action kit that I bought. I shot it primarily as a long range rifle. It weighed 15 1/2 pounds due to a large barrel and a liberal amount of lead in the butt stock. Even at that weight it would make for a sore wrist and fore arm in a 60 shot match. I think it put out about 40lbs of recoil. About 3years ago I discovered short range benchrest and its 6ppc. The "110" took its place in vault. It gets cleaned up once or twice a year and is returned to its station. It is definitely a young man's rifle.
