This is an Arko Machine Labradar base. I used it to hold an Android pad for Shot Marker targets. It is missing the stud that goes between the base and the ball head. You can get it at a camera shop or order it on Amazon. It is 1/4 x 3/8. The Android Pad is from Shot Marker. See pics.

Includes Arko base, Android pad, ball head, and pad gripper attachment.
