For LV benchrest, what are folks running now, especially since Weaver is gone out of business?

Weaver, Sightron S2/S3, Leupold, March? Other used scopes?

A bunch that i shoot with are using Sightron, Nightforce, and Vortex Golden Eagles.

In LV short range group shooting you still see a lot of fixed Leopold 45s
a lot of fixed Marches older 40s and 50s as well as 48 high master
the 42 fixed Nightforce , 36 and 40 Valdada too

Leupold Competition fixed 40x and 45x, Nightforce Lightweight 42x, March HM 48x would probably make up 90% of the field. Some older March fixed power scopes, Valdada 36x and 40xs here and there and a few Sightron 45xs in there also. Still see a 1” weaver t36 or leupold 36x occasionally as well.

You should attend a match and ask to look through some of them. Best way to find out what you like.

The vast majority of Leupold issues occurred because the owner tried to adjust and set the "0" incorrectly. It's an easy at home fix once you understand why.

Not to sound ignorant but what advantage do the offset rings offer...

Lol well it might work for me aswell. I couldn't use my earmuffs cause my rings were to low and I was bumping my stock
