Short barrel 6.5 CM reloads

For those of you who reload for the 6.5 CM in short barrels (Speciality pistols) what powders are you using? I plan on using 125
-140 grain bullets, mainly for hunting. Barrel will be 16" with standard twist. Don't really need your loads just your powder choices.

H-4895 and Varget with, the 120 - 123 grain Bullets ( Fast Burning Powders are BEST, in Short Barrels )
I use, StaBall 6.5 and VhitaVouri N-160 with, 130 to 143's in my 24" 6.5, Creed
Watch Pressures ( Work up Carefully ) as Fast Powders, "Peak Pressures" FAST esp with, the Heavier Bullets and Summer Heat. Might, "look at", H-4350,.. IF, wanting to use, the Heavier 130- 140 gr. Bullets, tho !

With 120 gr bullets I use superformance in a XP 100 with a 15" barrel, the 120 grain Nosler Bal Tips are my favorite hunting bullet due to the velocities with heavier bullets being low. For smacking steel at distance I like H4350 OR imr4451 and 130 grain Hornady eld-m bullets. The Creedmoor is a good cartridge that is well balanced in short barrels.

IMR 4064 has been working for me but I’m using the 108 scenar. As it has been said, watch for pressure jumps on the upper end. Had velocity differences of 100 fps per .5gr of powder on the upper end where it was only 50-60 fps on the lower end.
