OK Here for answers from the People in the KNOW, Primarily a Varmint hunter who shoots recreational Target. My 1st 6BR shoots great & has a .265 necked chamber, I wanted a 2nd 6BR so got the 2nd project going, the smith is AWESOME, on schedule & the work is better than I expected. I received the gun & OH NO .272 nk is stamped on the barrel
. I called the smith & it was miscommunication on my part, he said ship it back collect he would rebarrel & ship FREE. No I really want to shoot it so bad. Meanwhile I have 500 Lapua cases neck turned, prepped & ready. So are there issues shooting the brass which is measuring .262 at the neck loaded in a .272 chamber? I am sure it will expand to fit the chamber & neck & I can't shoot it in my tightnecked 6 BR. Suggestions , comments Thanks Everyone
