Shooting Rest Info

In the June issue of Shooting Times, on page 17, is a picture of Rick Jaminson shooting in prone position . He is using what looks to be a foldup easily deployed shooting rest with cartridge loops on it. Does anyone know who makes it and where I can buy a couple???? There appears to be a brand name on it but I can't see it.
