Looking for a range box that you can keep bottles of barrel cleaning fluid , patches , cleaning rod tips and jigs ,small tools . and most anything that you would need at a shooting range. What do you guys use ?

Depends on the size of the things you want to carry, but I use this system:

for front rest, rear bag, ammo, notebook, targets,

and attach this guy on top:

[Actually, I think mine is shorter than this one.] The top contains a bunch of tools, cleaning accessories, and solvents (I bring small [2 oz? 4 oz?] plastic bottles refilled from bulk packaging.)

There are others available; a couple of my buddies use Milwuakee boxes.

If you want to go cheaper, look at fishing tackle boxes.

Converted an old Craftsman toolbox many years ago which that holds all my range gear except my shooting chair and sticks. I don't clean at the range, so I don't have to make room for cleaning supplies which makes it a little easier.

A range box is essential for me since I would never remember everything I need to take to the range.

That Ridgid stack of boxes is excellent. I bought the stack with all 3 boxes... The middle box is in my truck bed with "truck stuff" and the other two are perfect for shooting gear. It goes on sale for 99 bucks all the time

Look for a used Kennedy locking drawer tool box. I’ve seen a ton of them at the SuperShoot.

I asked a similar question a while back
Good info the forum members shared

I've been using the Ridgid stacking toolboxes for several years now hauling photography gear and tools. They are really great, especially if you catch them on sale. Not made in China, either, which is nice.

This is what I use:

Get something that has wheels. The ones posted by Milwaukee and Rigid are good choices. Very solid and will last a lifetime.

ETA: Keep in mind not to get it too big and too heavy to lift.

For bits and bobs I use a small tackle box. Then a milk crate for rest, sand bags etc.

I actually have three different ones. I have one for afternoon type range sessions, which is a soft sided tool bag with stapler, hex wrenches, screw drivers cleaning rod and other misc.
The other two are in flip top totes. One for pistol matches, the other for rifle matches and prairie dog hunts.
I do not multipurpose items. Each has its own set of tools and accessories. I tried a do all kit to take every time, I tried swapping tool sets around. At some point something will be left out and that is what is needed.

I find cleaning as soon as I can after shooting it cleans easer.
