Shooters world tactical rifle 6.5 grendel

Looking at some manuals, shooters world tactical rifle is one of the faster powders for 6.5 grendel, scheels had some in stock so i picked up a few lbs. i was planning on using it for deer loads for 2 ars with 120-123gr bullets. Ill give it a try, but if you have been down I would be interested to hear about it.

I haven’t used Tactical Rifle but would use it for lighter bullets. For 120 gr. class bullets I like Shooters World Match Rifle which I use under a 129 gr. Nosler ABLR and like it very much for that application in my 6.5 Grendel.

Crap. I picked up the wrong stuff. Ill go pick up match rifle tomorrow. Ill have to find something to burn this in.

Tactical Rifle will work, you can use heavier charges with Match Rifle so better velocities but Tactical Rifle will work. If you can get a Shooters World manual it has load data for both. See link below:
