I wanted to clear up the flaming I received.

Can/will you ship primers via UPS AIR?

No, Expensive is the fine if you get caught doing it without having the proper credentials!

FedEx offers a once-a-year 5-day course for certification to ship hazardous materials by air carrier. They also offer a $200 course you can take on-line but the certification you earn this way only qualifies you to ship via ground service.

Some commodities can be shipped as ORM-D but you gotta know the rules or you risk a lot more than the $20 HazMat fee distributors charge for ground shipping.

UPS - depending on what office you walk into - has similar rules but they don't always know them thoroughly & the fine is still the same if you get caught... or the plane falls out of the sky because of something you had them put on board.

Don't even think about trying this with the Post Office.

That is why I stated in a previous post, that I had the packaging performed by UPS. The simple fact is, yes, they can be shipped by UPS AIR.
