Just sold some brass on Gunbroker and the winning bidder lives in California. Is it legal for me to ship it directly to him with the new laws recently passed? Thanks

The law going into effect, is only for loaded ammo being sent to a person that does not hold a FFL. Brass, bullets, etc. so far are still legal to send directly to a person.
And the law going fully into effect in July 2019 is for all of us in this stupid state to only shoot lead free ammo at any animal.
BWAHAHAi see it now. photo of a single stage press with a small bin of empties. quote" not only can he load 10,000 rounds an hour, but he loads it more powerful and destructive than store bought ammo."
