Shipping brass to California?

Just sold some brass on Gunbroker and the winning bidder lives in California. Is it legal for me to ship it directly to him with the new laws recently passed? Thanks

The law going into effect, is only for loaded ammo being sent to a person that does not hold a FFL. Brass, bullets, etc. so far are still legal to send directly to a person.
And the law going fully into effect in July 2019 is for all of us in this stupid state to only shoot lead free ammo at any animal.

No restrictions on components, just loaded ammo. I buy components shipped directly to me all the time. I expected some retailers to get the law wrong and say, "I can't ship you brass" or bullets or powder but so problems so far. Since I never buy loaded ammo, the new law doesn't affect me. --Jerry

Stopped and talked to the counter man at Wally World. Asked about buying ammo? His reply? No Problems. The State doesn't know what they're doing as far as backing the ammo bill so things are just as they were before the law was made.
Typical California, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And brass is brass, NOT ammo. Order a BUNCH so you don't run out.
