Shayne EAGLE soars to 1430 yards

Shayne brought the EAGLE out to stretch its wings. We started at 1,000 yd. Then we went to 1350 before zeroing in on the 18 inch plate at 1420. When he got the wind and moa figure out he was almost out of the DTAC 115's. He was digging a hole just off the plate at 8 o'clock when I noticed a small black spot at the edge at 8. The 6 mm does not shake the big plate much at that distance.

Who says you can't shoot off a wooden bench, accurately? Nice shooting, Shayne. Beautiful rifle, too. You should try to have better "situational awareness". Looks like somebody stole a gun right out from under your scope, behind you!

Me too...what is that green stuff on the dirt? I forgot what that is, sometime in early Oct when the white stuff covered it.
