Had an indicator on my mind i meant the shars chucks. I been thinking of one myself. Need to raise my prices

I have a like new 8"Bison 6 jaw set tru with a LOO backing plate. $850+shipping. Too heavy for me. I use the 4jaw or 3jaw or collets.

TMX is the same as Bison just has a TMX stamped and not Bison, both out of the same plant in Poland. If you're looking to save a few bucks and don't want to compromise on quality

My understanding was that TMX was made in Mexico under the supervision of some engineers from Bison, in Poland. TMX was/is new company no affiliated with Bison.

That's funny. When I was over at @gunnermhr place last weekend and chambered one of my barrels I remember looking at his TMX chuck and it specifically saying all over it "made in poland". We actually talked about that as well.

When I bought mine the dealer said both were made in the same plant, the only difference was the name stamped on the face. I'm very happy with mine and wouldn't do anything different if i had to do it over.

Im also a fan of gator chucks made by fuerda. They run like a watch with zero backlash and are solid. Plus they come in 2 different metals so you can choose a cheaper option
