September Mid Range Prone Results from Reese Bottom

Fifteen good shooters enjoyed the great conditions yesterday at Reese Bottom. We had a request from several older shooters to create a division that would allow them to compete from a bench. For one reason or another, many people understandably cannot shoot from the prone position. Well, guess what, one of the fellows shot a perfect 200 20X. If I read your link correctly, that 200/20x was @ a 600yd F/Class target from a bench. Anyhow you cut it, it was a piece of fine work. Rare to say the least. Congrats Robbie.

I know that in F-Open, the record is 200-19X.. That is the current National Record. It is held by at least 2 people. I watched as Ken Dickerman shot it! So, it is a rare thing indeed for a 200-20X.. I don't care if it was from a bench, that is FINE shooting!

That's a big "you did it"for sure!! We have a bench class at our club for the same reasons and it is very popular with the guys that can't go to the ground. 200-19x is the best we have seen so far from anyone. It also puts our bench-Fclass people together on the same line with a common target. It's been a good thing for everyone. Congrats to this man.
