Semi-auto reamer suggestions

I am aware of the Bentz reamer, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for anything different.

Accuracy and reliability are top of the list, being able to extract a loaded round is at the bottom of the list.

Why don't you contact someone like Joe Chacon ? He's a semi-auto guy. I've spoken with him a couple times and he seems willing to help accomplish whatever your goal is. I will end up sending him either my Volquartsen summit or TI action to be barreled with a Shilen ratchet with his chamber.

I’ve tried a number of different chambers and have played with how much you can push the bullet into the lands on 10/22’s.
With that I came up with a chamber design that’s a little tighter then a Bentz and has no rim cutter so you can cut the chamber to engrave the bullet to your liking. I should be getting it within a couple of weeks. I get all my reamers from Dave Manson and the name on the print is 22lr Auto Z-Match. This reamer will have a 1 degree leade but he can grind any leade angle you want.
I do use a tighter chamber for 10/22’s used only for BR but extracting a live round is hit or miss and I recommend cleaning every 75 shots.

Excellent. Thanks for all the info guys.

I will call Dave Mason later today and get a Z-Match reamer on order.
