Semi auto chassis?

Looking for everyone opinion on if it is a good idea or not to be considering putting a semi auto like the 10/22 into an aluminum chassis? The chassis in specific I am considering is the krg bravo, it is a polymer main frame with an aluminum back bone. The reciever will be mounted to the aluminum. Considering the design of the 10/22 or any semi 22 for that matter, and how the action works. Will the alminum reciever resonating from the action cycling effect barrel harmonics in the aluminum chassis? Or am I overthinking it?

I don’t believe resonance will be your problem. I have found that many 10/22s like a little barrel support though. I took a custom 10/22 build out of a stock which I had bedded the action and out 2 inches forward of the V block. Dropped it in a Victor Titan and groups opened up. Had to re-bed to get it tighten it back up.
