Seeking Info on Vintage Hart Arms Cleveland Trigger

PNW Skipper

Silver $$ Contributor
I have recently purchased an old Springfield Armory Model 1922 target rifle with a Hart Arms Cleveland trigger. If anyone has information on Hart Arms triggers they can share (construction, adjustment, history, etc) I would appreciate a PM to see if I can obtain an electronic or hard copy

Perhaps this is a better question @rimfire central.
I did have one along with a Thomas trigger that were both for 52B'S. I Don't remember much about them other than they were only 2 lever designs.

Thanks for the reply Jeff. I have it cross posted several places, including RFC. 2 levers makes sense, since I have seen it referred to as a single stage trigger. In his book, Muzzle Flashes, Lenz calls it a Hart Speed Action used on a SA 1922. Just out of curiosity, do you recall how it shot for you in the Win 52B, and how low you could achieve for the trigger pull? Thanks!

I never used either of those triggers. At the time I was selling of a large estate of my uncle's with a lot of smallbore items and regularly had a table at the Ohio gun collector's show and a guy came along with them in a box. He wasn't sure what they were for, along with some other junk (according the wife) that I bought. I sold them both over the years at the show. I can only imagine only a few were made for a 1922 compared to 52 triggers. Can you post a picture?
