Hello, I'm kind of new to the silhouette game. Right now, I'm using Sierra 140-grain Match Kings. But I'd like to try the 139-grain Scenar from Lapua. Here's my issue: A friend of mine discouraged me from trying Berger, saying the thin jacket of the VLD bullets has to be seated to the lands, as they don't like the "jump" into the barrel. That's compared to the Sierras, which have a thicker jacket and don't mind the jump as much. Does any one know how sensitive Lapuas are to the "jump" and if they always have to be seated right to the lands or not? Appreciate the help.
