Seb Neo Front Split Bags...question

Are the Seb Neo four bag front set with split bottom bag... slick material? I know I can ask Ernie,but I've bugged him enough lately...thankyou

Not slick but more like a seatbelt material.
If that helps at all. Thats what mine resembles at least

Mine has the '3-M' silver tinted slick material.
