If youre going prone id vote neo. If you shoot off a bench though id go neo. I have both and you can come on down and try em out pepsi challenge style if you like. Nothing wrong with the mini if you want to save some money though

I’ve been shooting off my Mini for some time now..... I never see myself dragging the Neo anywhere again..... that Mini does it all in a smaller footprint, whether it’s my 300WSM or the .284 extremely stable platform.

I have both. Rodzilla top on the neo was a game changer for alignment. I have traveled on airline with both as well, and mini wins that hands down. Neither will hold you back.

I use a neo and very happy to continue using it.

Not sure on that but it's definitely the way I would go after buying all the Bryan Blake upgrades. They just work...

I have both the SEB MINI (not the X model) and SEB-NEO standard rest and Ill take the MINI as its just lighter and packs away better.......both are amazing rests.

I have both. I can list advantages/disadvantages for both. The readily available range of 'immediate' elevation adjustment of the NEO over the Mini sticks out in my mind...'course, the Mini is a lot easier for an older guy to carry. Yet, the nostalgia of being able to work off a tripod...a sturdy tripod, not unlike that of the M1919A6 .30 cal LMG...is overpowering. Of course, you've got to be unorthodox about it and turn the Mini tripod to where there is just ONE leg forward and TWO rearward...and then sink back into the peacefulness of a properly set up tripod.
