This came up in a Discussion other day you that use an Arbor press with a pressure gauge, what is your target pressure goal for a particular cartridge. Yes I know there is a lot variables. If you would just keep it simple and list a cartridge and the seating pressure you happy with. Not looking for a thesis on this Just a simple answers thanks

An oversimplification is that the seating force is the neck tension times the friction coefficient.

I don't like the oversimplifications, but since we want things simple, take it for what it is worth.

I've measured 22 BR seating pressure at the bullet to be approx 40 lbs
and 1 lb of force required on the press ram lever
