Seating die adjustment uniformity

True, but that is irrelevant to what I was asking. You could have 5 different die brands and press brands. All have the same 7/8x14 thread pitch which is industry standard. It wouldn’t matter what caliber your loading and what bullet, one full turn would adjust any die that has 7/8x14 threads by .072” up or down. Knowing this you can now have an semi accurate estimate of how much to rotate your dies to set them properly.
