What do you guys consider minimum bearing surface in seated round? ( bearing surface inside case neck)

Absolutely min is at least 1/16th in my book but careful handling of the rounds will be a good idea. At that distance they more than likely will have to be single fed as the mag is only so long.

One rule of thumb...at least a caliber depth in the neck
I’ve tested different reamer freebore lengths and have settled on 1/2 bullet diameter or more of bearing surface seated into the case neck. Nothing statistical here, just trial and error on what has worked for me.
